Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance: This program is open to all end users of reliability products and services. MaintenanceForums.com and/or it's appointee's reserve the right to refuse any web site or individual for acceptance into the program for any reason whatsoever. Anyone joining this program must abide by our member terms of service.

2. Approval: All websites or individuals applying for membership in MaintenanceForums.com must be approved by MaintenanceForums.com before they can participate.  MaintenanceForums.com reserves the right to withhold approval without explanation.

3. Termination: MaintenanceForums.com reserves the right to terminate any member account without explanation. A termination notice may also be delivered by e-mail and be effective immediately.

4. Indemnification: You irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to indemnify MaintenanceForums.com and to hold MaintenanceForums.com harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for copyright, slander, libel, and trademark violation as well as all other claims.

5. Renewal: The terms of this contract between MaintenanceForums.com and it's members shall renew automatically for successive periods and may be cancelled at any time and for any reason by either party.

In Case of Disputes

All rendering of disputes shall be considered final and binding to all. No appeals will be accepted after a decision has been reached, and any further action on your part shall be considered null and void.

By electronically signing this contract, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed above.

And by electronically signing this contract, you agree that you are either at least 18 years of age or have your parent or guardian's permission to participate in this program.

I accept
